Ria scoops Walmart Services’ Supplier of the Year Award a second time

Service excellence is something we strive for.

We are always aiming to exceed expectations and to surprise and delight our customers and business partners.

And it seems that this ethos is paying off, as Ria has just been awarded the Walmart Services Supplier of the Year Award for the second year running. This is not only a first for Ria, it’s also the first consecutive win for this award amongst all Walmart Services suppliers.

During the 2014 Walmart Services Supplier Summit, Ria also scooped the Price Award. In 2015, as well as clinching the coveted Supplier of the Year prize, Ria also received the Service Excellence Award.

And we couldn’t be prouder.

We’re proud to partner with Walmart to power one of the most competitive and disruptive money transfer services available in the money transfer space.”

Yee adds that the awards are the result of a collective team effort, “These wins belong to the entire Ria team who continue to wow our partner every day in all aspects of our service delivery. Teamwork and commitment is what allows the Ria Team to shine and what continues to make it possible for us to grow with Walmart.”

For the Walmart Services Supplier of the Year Award, Ria was up against American Express, Green Dot and Acxiom; for the Service Excellence Award, Ria was nominated alongside Regis (Smart Style) Hair Salon, Synchrony Financial and Acxiom.
