Bank Alfalah and Ria partner to offer money transfer payout in Pakistan

Ria is pleased to announce a partnership with Bank Alfalah – Pakistan’s fifth largest private bank – to offer money transfer payout services.

This partnership allows Ria customers and Pakistanis all over the world to send money back to their loved ones, with more than 600 Bank Alfalah branches spanning over 200 cities across Pakistan available for cash pick-up. Bank Alfalah customers, as well as other Pakistani Remittance Initiative (PRI) account holders, can also receive funds directly to their bank account.

As well as being one of the largest Islamic Banking businesses in the country, Bank Alfalah has a presence in Afghanistan, Bangladesh and Bahrain in addition to a representative office in the UAE. They now serve more than 1 million customers.

Today, millions of Pakistanis live outside their country of birth with the majority residing in Saudi Arabia, UAE and India while the United Kingdom and United States is also home for many expatriates.
